喀什土坯民居的再利用研究

随着经济的飞速发展,乡村民居也发生着变化,红砖水泥逐渐替代了土坯。然而,传统的土坯民居却承载了悠久的历史文化和特有的建筑精髓。所以,要用现代科学技术去武装它,而不能用现代建筑去替代它。土坯民居的再利用研究,就是利用基因保护法,从问题入手,从技术层面和人文层面来进一步提出改造设想,即从传统民居中寻找精华部分,包括人文要素和物理要素。这些精华部分就是历史遗传基因,要用现代化手段将其传承下去。整体思路是,以尊重宗教信仰为原则,以基因保护为核心,以传承维吾尔文化为目的,以科学技术为手段,最终实现喀什土坯民居的再利用,让质朴的绿色建筑,变成富有现代气息的零能耗建筑。

With the rapid development of economy, rural folk houses are changing. Red bricks and cement are gradually replacing the adobe. Since a large quantity of historical culture as well as construction essence is embodied in traditional adobe folk houses, it is time to arm these houses with modem technology instead of replacing them with modern architectures. So the study of reuse of adobe folk houses should be based on Gene protection, and propose further remolding ideas from technological and cultural perspective, which means the essence of traditional folk houses such as cultural and physical factors should be explored. By means of modern technologies, these essence factors which are historical genes should be inherited. Therefore, this study is organized by the ideas that with the respect to the religious belief, genetic protection first and by means of science and technology to successfully reuse Kashgar adobe folk houses and finally realize the inheritance of Uighur culture. The ultimate goal is to transform the simple and green buildings into modernized zero-energy-consumption architectures.
