摘要
科研管理(scientific research management)人员是建设好一个研究型医院(research hospital)的职能主体,人员的综合能力和素质直接影响医院的科研管理水平。如何提高科研管理能力以及医院整体科研水平?加强科研管理人员队伍建设至关重要(crucial importance)。提高科研管理人员的业务能力和水平,包括专业知识(professional knowledge)、技术能力(technical capacity)、文化素质(cultural qualitity)、思维水平(thinking)和超前意识(superior consciousness)等是关键;不断提高医院科研管理人员的办公水平(capability)、思维方法(thinking methods),了解国内外科技发展趋势。在医院建设和科研管理过程中发现的问题,找出解决和改进的办法,使研究型医院科研管理人员能力得到增强,从而进一步提升研究型医院科研管理水平。
Scientific research manager is a main function body of the research hospital. Comprehensive capability and quality of the manager are the direct influences of the hospital's researching management. How to improve the researching ability and the overall level of scientific research of hospital? To strengthen build the scientific management team is crucial important. Improve the operational capacity and level of research management, include the professional knowledge, technical capacity, cultural qualities, thinking, superior consciousness and so on are the key. Continuously improve the scientific manager's capability and the thinking method, to understanding the research developing trends at home and abroad.
