摘要
从安全卫生标准、安全性评价和保健功效评估等3个方面,对海峡两岸保健食品的安全卫生管理进行了对比研究,并从标准化的角度就加强大陆地区保健食品安全卫生管理提出几点建议。
Comparative study was carried out on the management of health food safety and sanitation across the Taiwan straits in the paper. It was analyzed from three sides: standards of safety and sanitation, safety and health function assessment. And suggestions were put forward to improve the management of health food safety and sanitation for the mainland in terms of standardization.
