重庆四区县不同猕猴桃品种营养成分检测与比较 被引量:10

摘要 对重庆四个区县的不同猕猴桃品种进行营养成分检测并比较分析,结果表明:不同区县不同猕猴桃品种中的营养成分含量水平存在差别。其中,万盛区红心猕猴桃和万州区红心猕猴桃中总糖含量相对较高,在10g/100g以上;万盛区黄心猕猴桃和江津区绿心猕猴桃中总酸含量相对较高,在8g/100g以上;万盛区红心猕猴桃、万盛区黄心猕猴桃和巫溪县红心猕猴桃中维生素C含量相对较高,在55mg/100g以上;万盛区红心猕猴桃、江津区黄心猕猴桃和巫溪县红心猕猴桃中维生素E含量相对较高,在2.8mg/100g以上;江津区黄心猕猴桃和江津区绿心猕猴桃中钾、钙含量相对较高,分别在98mg/100g、27mg/100g以上;万盛区红心猕猴桃、江津区绿心猕猴桃和巫溪县红心猕猴桃中总黄酮含量相对较高,在0.11mg/g以上。 The content of kiwi fruit nutrients such as total sugar, total acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, calcium and total ila- vonoids of different varieties in 4 districts and counties of Chongqing, were determined, analyzed and compared. The results showed that there were differences in contents of those nutrients. Total sugar content of red flesh kiwi in wansheng district and red flesh kiwi in wanzhou district, up to 10 gram per 100 gram, was higher than the others. Total acid content of yellow flesh kiwi in wansheng district and green flesh kiwi fruit in jlangjin district, up to 8 gram per 100 gram, was higher than the others. Vitamin C content of red flesh kiwi in wansheng dis- trict, yellow flesh kiwi in wansheng district and red flesh kiwi in wuxi county, up to 55 milligram per 100 gram, was higher than the oth- ers. Vitamin E content of red flesh kiwi in wansheng district, yellow flesh kiwi in jiangjin district and red flesh kiwi in wuxi county, up to 2. 8 milligram per 100 gram, was higher than the others. Potassium content and calcium content of yellow flesh kiwi in jlangjin district and green flesh kiwi in jiangjin district, each up to 98 milligram per 100 gram and 27 milligram per 100 gram, was higher than the others. Total flavonoids content of red flesh kiwi in wansheng district, green flesh kiwi in jiangjin district and red flesh kiwi in wuxi county, up to 0. 11 milligram per 1 gram, was higher than the others.
