单组分柔韧型乳胶粉改性水泥基防水浆料的性能研究

摘要 制备了单组分柔韧型乳胶粉改性水泥基防水浆料,研究了乳胶粉玻璃化温度及加量、干粉消泡剂加量和减水剂加量对防水浆料性能的影响。结果表明,在本配方体系中,乳胶粉玻璃化温度为-5℃、加量20%,干粉消泡剂加量0.2%,减水剂加量0.2%时,防水浆料的综合性能最好。 One-component flexible latex powder modified cement waterproofing slurry was prepared, and influences of glass transition temperature and dosage of latex powder, dosage of dry powder defoaming agent and water reducing agent on the performances of the waterproofing slurry were studied. The results showed that the comprehensive performances of waterproofing slurry were the best when glass transition temperature of latex powder was -5 ℃ and its dosage.was 20%, the dosage of dry powder defoaming agent was 0.2% and the dosage of water reducing agent was 0.2%.
