摘要
边缘粘结体既是中空玻璃单元结构的连接件,又是阻滞湿气渗透的屏障。本文以边缘粘结体的典型结构为例,对影响中空玻璃单元结构密封耐久性的主要因素进行分析,指出:选择低透湿率密封层或密封层组合、优化干燥剂填充量及饱和吸湿量,可有效提高中空玻璃单元件的密封耐久性。
Edge bonding is not only connecting component of insulating glass unit, but also the barrier for blocking moisture permeation. Taking the typical structure of edge bonding as an example, the paper analyzes the main factors influencing the sealing durability of insulating glass unit structure and indicates that sealing layer with low moisture permeability or sealing layer combination, optimizing the desiccant filling volume and saturation moisture absorption quantity, all of these can effectively improve the sealing durability of insulating glass unit.
