摘要
为研究八角中抑菌活性物质的提取工艺,以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作指示菌,在单因素试验的基础上,通过二次回归通用旋转组合设计进行工艺参数优化。结果表明:其最佳提取工艺条件为液料比23(mL/g),浸泡时间9.7h,提取时间62min。
In order to investigate the technology for extracting antibacterial substances from aniseed, escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis,staphylococcus aureus are used as indicator bacteria,the extraction rate and diameter of inhibition zone are used as the activity monitoring parameters.The optimum extraction conditions are obtained by RSM design.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are:the ratio of liquor to material is 23(mL/g),immersed for 9.7 h and extracted for 62 min.
