摘要
以12批不同产地的花椒作为检测样品,结合聚类分析进行分析,主要从样品特征吸收峰的差异性方面研究了红外光谱分析技术在花椒有效成分检测方面的应用,为检测和分析不同产地花椒中有效成分的差异性及其含量的多少提供理论参考。对花椒红外指纹图谱的建立和品质评价有指导意义。
In this paper,12 batches of ZanthoxylumL.from different areas are as the testing samples, the application of infrared (NIR )spectroscopic technique in determination of active ingredients in ZanthoxylumL.mainly from the differences of characteristic absorption peaks of samples is researched combined with cluster analysis,which provides theoretical reference for detecting and analyzing the differences of active ingredients and their content in ZanthoxylumL.,and has instructional significance for establishing FT-IR fingerprints and the quality control of ZanthoxylumL.
