摘要
水平井负压射孔过程中,受流动摩阻压降影响,实际负压并未达到设计要求,无法产生充足高速回流清除井底污染。根据Forchheimer高速非达西渗流模型与水平井筒流动模型,建立了水平井负压射孔过程中的流动耦合模型,计算分析流动摩阻压降对射孔负压的影响,并对传统设计方法进行修正。现场应用表明,用该方法设计的负压进行射孔,能有效清除射孔残渣及岩屑,减小射孔伤害表皮,显示出较好的应用潜力。
During underbalanced perforation for horizontal wells, real underbalanced pressure is below the requirement because of flow friction, enough surge flow and perforation cleanup cant be achieved. Coupling model of horizontal flowing and Forchheimer formation percolation model during underbalanced perforation is established. Traditional design method is ameliorated with modeling result. According to in - situ application, underbalanced pressure from advanced method can form sufficient surge flow to clean perforation debris and decrease perforation damage skin.
