甲基溴在我国农业生产中的作用及应用承诺策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 甲基溴是重要的土壤熏蒸剂,在我国农业生产中发挥着重要作用,但甲基溴对大气臭氧层有破坏作用,我国对甲基溴的使用有国际承诺。本文在分析了甲基溴的作用﹑国内外应用控制和研发新的替代产品的基础上,提出了我国在执行议定书过程中可借鉴的国外经验及应采取的策略。 Methyl bromide as an important soil fumigant plays an essential role in agricultural production in China.But it has damage to ozonosphere , so China made the international commitment to use it restrained-ly .Through the analysis on function of methyl bromide , application control at home and abroad and developing new substitute product , the overseas referential experiences during executing Copenhagen protocol , and the countermeasures we should take .
