摘要
农作物种质资源是国家重要战略资源之一。我国的农作物种质资源丰富并有着独特的地域性,农作物种质资源的DNA指纹数据库不仅在种子质量和专利权保护方面发挥着重要作用,在种质品种鉴定、农作物育种和农作物遗传作图等方面也起着积极作用。因此,构建我国农作物DNA指纹数据库对保护我国丰富的种质和基因资源有着长远意义。
There are rich crop germplasm resources with unique geographical characteristics in our coun-try, which have become one of the important strategic resources of the State .The DNA fingerprint database of crop germplasm resources plays an important role not only in seed quality and patent protection , but also in germplasm identification , crop breeding and genetic mapping .Thus, construction of DNA fingerprint database of crops will have a long -term significance in the protection of rich germplasm and genetic resources in our country.
