摘要
目的:探讨甜地丁不同用药部位中黄酮类成分的含量差异,为该药材的质量评价及资源开发提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同部位的芹菜素含量,采用比色法测定总黄酮类含量,并将结果进行统计学处理。结果:甜地丁药材中不同部位的总黄酮含量与芹菜素含量呈现相关性,不同部位与总黄酮含量相关性显著、与芹菜素含量相关性不显著。结论:总黄酮与芹菜素含量相结合可作为评价甜地丁药材质量的依据。甜地丁以全草入药最佳,产地对其质量影响不大。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the content of flavonoids A. Bo. , for quality assessment and provide the reference for its in different medicinal parts of Gueldenstaedtia verna (G-eorgi) resource development. METHODS RP-HPLC was used to as- say the apigenin content and colorimetric method was used to assay the total flavonoids content, the results were treated by sta- tistics. RESULTS The content of total flavonoids and apigenin in different parts showed the relevance,different parts showed the marked relevance to total flavonoids content, the little relevance to apigenin content. CONCLUSION tal flavonoids and apigenin content can be used as the base to evaluate the quality of Gueldenstaedtia The best medicine part is the whole herb. Producing area has no influence on its quality. The combination of to verna (Georgi) A. Bor.
