大力加快我国儿童免疫学科的发展

Speed up the development of pediatric immunology discipline quickly in China

儿童过敏、临床免疫及风湿病学科（ pediatric allergy, immunology and rheumatology, PAIR）是我国一个重要的儿内科领域分支学科，是一个覆盖儿童过敏变态反应性疾病、免疫缺陷病、风湿免疫性疾病及感染与免疫（炎症和炎症性疾病）等方面，涉及多个儿内科三级学科的交叉前沿学科，学科建设源远流长，近10年来，在我国得到了重视及快速发展，但仍然处于发展的初级阶段。如何推动其合理、科学、快速地进一步发展，以适应我国社会对这一领域医疗服务高速增长的需求是我们面临的重要任务。现对本学科的历史、发展现状、未来发展方向、趋势及如何加快我国PAIR的发展进行阐述。

Pediatric allergy,immunology and rheumatology（PAIR） discipline is one of the important branch of pediatrics in China. It covers the pediatric allergic diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, rheumatic diseases and the clinical and research aspect which is associated with infection and immunity including inflammation, and inflammatory diseases,et al. Though it is an interdisciplinary discipline which has a long history and being paid great attention and construction rapidly in early a decade, but it is still in the early stages of development in China. How to promote its rea- sonable, scientific, and further development quickly to adapt to the high-speed social medical service growth of demand in this field is an important task which we have to face to. This article reviews the discipline development history, pre- sent situation and future trend.
