环境生态因子对野生紫斑牡丹空间遗传结构形成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 环境生态因子与野生紫斑牡丹种内空间遗传结构的分化密切相关。通过对紫斑牡丹空间遗传变异模式与生态环境因子(包括经纬度、海拔高度、1月和8月的平均温度、光照时间、年降雨量、年蒸发量、土壤类型)的相关性分析,表明空间遗传结构与空间地理距离和环境因子均呈正相关。空间上越接近的居群,环境地理与气象因子方面的差别就越小。生态选择(自然选择)对紫斑牡丹大部分居群的现有分布格局有相当大的贡献。 Genetic structure of Paeonia rockii is positively related to the environmental factors such as latitude, longitude, elevation, mid-day temperature in January and August, mean annual suntime, mean annual precipitation, mean annual evaporation, soil type based on the results from the correlation analysis between the genetic distance and geographic and environmental distance. For populations of P. rockii, the closer in geographical distance, the less environmental difference between them. It is suggested that the current genetic structure of P. rockii is highly impacted by ecological or natural selection in this study.
