摘要
甘肃省是我国最缺水的省份之一,地下水作为水资源的重要组成部分,已成为甘肃省生活、工业、农业和生态用水的重要供水水源。研究紧密围绕甘肃省经济社会可持续发展对水资源的需求,通过对全省地下水资源的数量、质量、时空分布和开发利用条件进行科学全面的评价,兼顾考虑工农业供水和地下水系统水资源保护,因地制宜确定维持地下水良性循环的合理生态水位(埋深)控制目标和地下水开发利用的总量(可开采量)控制目标,形成全省地下水开发利用管理红线方案,为合理开采利用地下水资源和加快实施最严格水资源管理制度提供决策支撑。
Gansu is one of the most water deficit areas and groundwater is an important water supply source for live, industry, agriculture and ecology as a component part of water resources. According to water demand for sustainable development of economy and society, based on the scientific and comprehensive evaluation made from water quantity, quality, distribution and utilization situation, combined with industrial and agricultural water supply and water resources protection, rational ecological water levels and total volume of groundwater are defined and the red line scheme for development and utilization management is formed, which provide decision supporting for implementing the most strict water resources.
