摘要
采用双面焊接方法成功实现了105 mm厚度5A06铝合金板的搅拌摩擦焊接,并分析了焊缝的力学性能与微观组织。确定的最佳工艺参数:旋转速度600 r/min,焊接速度20 mm/min时,获得了良好的焊缝组织,焊缝的抗拉强度达到318.3 MPa以上,强度系数超过93.6%,延伸率达到11.0%以上;焊缝分为焊核区、热力影响区、热影响区三个区域,其晶粒、组织形态存在明显差异。由于厚度方向的温度梯度较大,厚度方向的晶粒组织有较大差异,越靠近焊缝表面组织越为粗大、疏松,搅拌针底部的焊缝组织致密、细小。
The double-sidod welding method was successfully applied to friction stir welding for 105 mm thickness 5A06 aluminum alloy plate, and the weld mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed. The optimum technology parameters :rotational speed was 600 r/min, the welding speed is 20 mm/min, the weld microstructure good obtained, the tensile strength of the welding seam above 318.3 MPa,the strength coefficient of more than 93.6% ,the extension rate of more than l l;weld consists of nugget zone, thermal mechanical 'affected zone,heat affected zone three regions,there are obvious differences,the grain morphology.Due to the thickness direction of the temperature gradient, there is a big difference between the grain thickness direction, closer to the organization the weld surface more thick, loose, pin bottom weld, small dense tissue.
