摘要
搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)焊接热循环特性影响接头微观组织及综合性能。采用温度场实测试验与数值模拟相结合的方法获得了6061-T4铝合金FSW焊接热循环的主要参数指标。结合合金二元相图分析FSW接头组织,并通过时间-温度-硬度曲线(TTP曲线)探讨焊接热循环与接头性能的关系。结果表明:焊缝中心区域温度值最高,焊接对接板测点温度随离焊缝中心线距离的增加而降低,试验与计算数值有一定偏差,但两者分布趋势基本一致;通过焊接热循环和二元相图可以分析搅拌焊接头组织;TTP曲线研究表明,焊接热循环能直接反映焊接接头的硬度等性能。
Friction stir welding (FSW) joint welding thermal cycle characteristics of the microstructure and overall performance.The measured temperature field trials Obtained the main parameters of 6061-T4 aluminum alloy FSW welding heat cycle by using the measured temperature field experiment combined with numerical simulation method.By combining binary alloy phase diagram analysis of FSW joints, and through the time-temperature-hardness curve (TTP) curve preliminary discussion on the welding thermal cycle and the performance of the joint. The results showed that: Maximum temperature of the weld central region ,welding butt plate measuring point temperature and decreased with the increase of the distance from the weld centerline, experimental and calculated values have a certain deviation, but the distribution tendency basic consistent;through the welding thermal cycle and binary phase diagramt diagram can analyze stir welding head tissue. TTP curve showed that the welding heat cycle can directly reflect the hardness of welded joints.
