摘要 介绍了填充式搅拌摩擦点焊技术发展现状及国内外工程化应用现状,对异种材料铝和钢的填充式搅拌摩擦点焊性能进行探索研究,对高强点焊搅拌工具进行了研究。以铝合金中6061-T6和不锈钢中0Cr18Ni9Ti为研究对象,对2 mm试件进行填充式搅拌摩擦点焊连接,对点焊接头进行了显微组织、抗剪切性能等测试。试验结果表明,点焊接头性能较好,为后续工程化应用奠定了基础。 This paper describes the current development and engineering application of the refill friction stir spot welding( FSpW),in order to study the properties and tools of refill friction stir spot welded for dissimilar metals 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and 0Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel wilh thickness of 2 mm,choose to conduct tests on microstructure and tensile/shear strength properties of refill friction stir spot welded joints. Experimental results indicated that the properties of the joints performance good,establish a hasis for subseqt, ent engineering applications of the refill friction stir spot welding.
