摘要
对铁道运输过程中正在使用的组合辙叉心轨失效情况进行了失效分析,并根据辙叉心轨的化学成分和机械性能,制定合理的焊接工艺方案,对心轨进行堆焊修复。试验表明,经过钨极氩弧焊修复后心轨可以达到使用要求,增加了经济效益。
Failure analysis of alloy steel frog rail which was used in transport process was made,and the welding process scheme wasmade according to the composition and mechanical properties of the frog rail. The results show that after repair of gas tungsten arc welding, point rail can meet the use requirement completely and increase the economic benefit.
