胎膜中Toll样受体2及受体4与胎膜早破的关系 被引量:6

The Relationship of TLR2 and TLR4 in Fetal Membrane and Premature Rupture of Membrane

摘要 目的:探讨Toll样受体2(TLR2)和TLR4在自发性胎膜早破患者胎膜中的变化情况及其意义。方法:收集河北大学附属医院妇产科足月胎膜早破确诊病例40例(PROM1组),同期收集正常妊娠足月产40例(对照1组);<37周胎膜早破确诊病例40例(PROM2组),同期收集正常妊娠相应月份的计划外妊娠的正常引产病例20例(对照2组)。采用免疫组织化学法检测各组胎膜中TLR2及TLR4的表达。结果:PROM组TLR2及TLR4的表达水平均略高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义。但胎膜早破患者中,TLR2水平亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎组(132.64±10.53)高于非绒毛羊膜膜炎组(118.32±9.42),差异有统计学意义(t=6.374,P=0.000)。结论:感染是胎膜早破的重要因素,但并非唯一因素,TLR2与胎膜早破亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎密切相关。 Objective:To detect the expression of toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and TLR4 in fetal membrane of premature rupture of membrane patients,and to study the changes and significance in the spontaneous premature rupture of membrane pregnant women. Methods:All cases were from Hebei University Affiliated Hospital. Collecting 40 confirmed cases of premature rupture of membranes (PROM1) and 40 cases of normal full-term pregnancy (control group 1) over the same period. Collecting 40 confirmed cases of premature rupture of membranes (〈37 weeks,PROM2) and 20 abortion cases of unplanned normal pregnancy (control group 2). The expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in fetal membrane were determined by immunohistochemistry in different group. Results:The expression levels TLR2 and TLR4 of PROM group were slightly higher ,but the difference was not statistically significant. In PROM patients,the TLR2 levels of subclinical chorioamnionitis group (132.64±;10.53) is higher than non-chorioamnionitis group (118.32±9.42),the difference was statistically significant (t=6.374,P=0.000). Conclusions:Infection is an important factor of PROM ,but is not the only factor. The expression of TLR2 in PROM is closely related with subclinical chorioamnionitis.
