摘要 介绍了利用德国软件EBSILON为热力电站建立模型的过程,分析了EBSILON软件的基本结构和功能。以德国某700 MW热电站为例,利用其额定电负荷和额定热负荷下的运行数据,通过设计计算和变工况计算2种模式认定设备性能曲线,建立了该电站热力循环系统的基本模型,展示出该软件作为现代化工具的先进性和实用性。从建模的步骤和结果可以看出,只要采集电站更多的运行数据就可以建立一个完整的、与实际电站特性相吻合的电站模型,供电站优化设计和优化运行时使用。 The modeling process for a heat and power plant using EBSILON software developed in Germany was expounded. The basic structure and functions of EBSILON software were analyzed. Taking a 700 MW heat and power plant in Germany as example,using its operation data under rated electric load and rated heat load,through the design calculation and the variable working condition calculation, the performance curve of the equipment was identified. The basic model of the thermodynamic cycle system of the power plant was established,and the advantages and practicability of the software,as a modern tool,were showed. It is observed from the modeling process and the result that more detail,complete power plant model,which accords with the practical characteristics of the power plant,can be established depended on collection of more operation data of the power plant,and the model can be used in optimization of design and operation of power plants.
