斗轮机悬臂皮带机驱动装置设计

摘要 江苏华电戚墅堰发电有限公司原有斗轮机悬臂皮带机驱动装置设计不合理,故障频发,检修工作量大,工艺要求高,耗时长,存在较大的隐患。对斗轮机悬臂皮带机驱动装置进行换型,采用钢球耦合器替代液力耦合器等方法,设计出合理可靠的驱动装置,以满足安全生产要求。 The original driving device for boom belt conveyer of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer from Jiangsu Huadian Qishuyan Power Generation Company Limited was designed unreasonably,which caused that the fault occurred frequently,the maintenance workload increased,the requirement of maintenance technology increased,and the maintenance occupied long time. So there was larger hidden trouble in the system. The driving device for the boom belt conveyer of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer was changed. The original hydraulic coupling was replaced by steel ball coupling. The rational and reliable driving device was designed,which can meet the production safety requirement.
