摘要
以广东惠州平海发电厂有限公司1000 MW超超临界机组为例,对汽轮机安全监视保护(TSI)系统进行了介绍,在历次检修经验的基础上,提出了提高系统稳定性和可靠性的改进方案。根据方案对涡流探头的间隙进行修正,并对数据处理模件进行合理组态,确保系统数据测量以及与第三方系统数据通信的准确性,保证了系统运行的稳定性。
Taking the 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit of Guangdong Huizhou Pinghai Power Plant Company Limited as example,the turbine supervisory instrument system( TSI) was introduced. Based on the previous maintenance experiences, a scheme to improve the stability and reliability of the system was proposed. According to the scheme,the gap of the eddy current probe was amended,and the data processing modules were configured rationally. The measures ensure the accuracy of the system data measurement,the correctness of the data communication with third part and the stability of system operation.
