中速辊式磨煤机炭精密封改造

摘要 为了改善中速磨煤机炭精密封环的密封效果,对ZGM133G型中速辊式磨煤机炭精密封的结构和工作原理进行研究,并对其进行了试验性改造。尝试了一种新的轴向密封形式,并从结构特点、日常维护及使用效果等方面与原炭精密封进行了比较。改造后的密封装置运行良好,经济性显著,可为中速磨煤机炭精密封装置的选型和改进提供参考。 In order to improve the sealing effect of carbon seal ring of the medium-speed roller mill,the structure and the working principle of the carbon seal of ZGM133G medium-speed roller mill were studied,and an experimental reformation of the carbon seal was carried out. As a try,a new axial seal mode was adopted. From the structure feature,the daily maintenance,the use effect and other aspects,the new seal was compared with the original carbon seal. The reformed seal operates well and brings obvious economic benefit,which can be used as reference for selection and improvement of carbon seal of medium-speed mills.
