摘要
300 MW供热机组在纯凝工况及抽汽供热情况下的能源综合利用率较低,低温循环水所带走的能量约占电厂总耗能的30%以上。提出了利用蒸汽型溴化锂吸收式热泵回收供热机组循环水余热的方案,以某电厂为实例,对热泵回收余热能力及全厂热经济性进行了详细的计算,结果表明:利用热泵回收发电供热企业循环水余热具有节能和环保的双重效益。
The energy comprehensive utilization rate of 300 MW heat-supply power unit under pure condensation condition and steam extraction for heat supply condition is lower,and the energy carried off by low-temperature circulating water is more than30% of the total energy consumption of the unit. A waste heat recovery scheme was proposed,in which a steam-type lithium bromide absorption heat pump is used to recover the waste heat of circulating water of heat-supply power unit. Taking a power plant as example,the waste heat recovery capability of the heat pump and the thermal economic efficiency of the whole power plant were calculated in detail. The result shows that to use heat pump to recover waste heat of circulating water of heat-supply power generation enterprise can obtain benefits of both energy conservation and environment protection.
