摘要
采用水力旋流器对某铅锌矿尾矿进行了分级浓缩试验。试验结果表明,水力旋流器能够使尾矿浆的浓度得到有效提升,在入料浓度为10%左右时,水力旋流器可将其提高到70%左右,底流中-0.1 mm的含量较入料降低了40%以上,效果非常明显,实现了提高铅锌矿尾矿浓度及粒度的要求,并为细粒级、稀浓度尾矿的处理提出了建议。
It＇s a study on classified Thickening with hydrocyclone of a Lead - Zinc Tailing. The experimental results showed that Hydrocyclone can make the tailling＇s concentration have a larger increase. Hydrocyclone can increase the concentration from 10% to 70%, the content of - 0. lmm reduced 40% , there is obvious effect. Finally suggestions for processing the Lead -Zinc Tailling are given.
