浅析高炉煤气管道腐蚀后处理

On Treatment of BF Gas Pipeline Corrosion

钢厂高炉煤气管道长期使用后,腐蚀严重,常常发生渗漏,且高炉煤气一氧化碳含量高,具有高毒性,必须停气及时进行处理。而实际生产中发生高炉煤气管道渗漏后,是无法进行及时停气处理的。本文简要叙述了高炉煤气管道不停气处理方法。

severe corrosion and leakage often happened, after BF gas pipeline has been put into use at steel plant for a long time. Because carbon monoxide content of BF gas is high with strong toxicity, gas pipeline must close if leakage happens, then repair is implemented for gas pipeline. However, once the blast furnace gas pipeline leaks in the process of production, it is impossible to stop gas to repair in time. This paper briefly describes the reoairing method with gas conveying.
