利用SRAP标记分析胡麻资源遗传多样性 被引量:8

摘要 用19对SRAP引物对58份来自不同国家和地区的胡麻种质资源进行SRAP分子标记遗传多样性分析。结果显示19对引物共扩增出105条多态性位点,平均多态性含量(PIC)为0.47,具有较好的多态性。通过聚类分析发现国内外品种资源总体多态性不高,但国内资源比外引资源相对更具遗传多样性,且能够各自成簇,表明国内外资源之间存在遗传差异。这为研究者准确评估胡麻遗传资源,挖掘有价值的遗传组分,拓宽胡麻亲本的遗传差异以及加快胡麻育种的选择效率提供了理论依据。 19 primer pairs were used to analyze the genetic diversities of 58 flax materials from different countries and regions based on SRAP technique.The results showed that 105 polymorphic loci were amplified,and the average polymorphic information content (PIC) value was 0.47,with better polymorphism.The polymorphism was not high in varieties from home and abroad by cluster analysis,but the domestic varieties had more genetic diversity than introduced species and were clustered each other,which indicated that there were genetic variation between domestic and foreign varieties.The result provided a theoretical basis for an accurate assessment of flax genetic resources,mining valuable genetic component,broaden the genetic differences between the flax parental and improve the efficiency of flax breeding for researchers.
