摘要
以小麦品种‘周麦18’为材料,在室内水培条件下通过测定丙二醛和游离脯氨酸含量以及超氧化物歧化酶﹑过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性,研究了水涝胁迫对小麦幼苗生长发育及生理生化变化的影响。结果表明:随着涝胁迫时间的增长,小麦幼苗叶片的MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量上升;超氧化物歧化酶﹑过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,且小麦幼苗的生长损害程度增大。
Using rape ‘ zhoumai18' as the material,the effects of waterlogging stress for different duration on seedling growth and physiological and biochemical changes of wheat seedling was studied by indoor hydroponic culture.The contentof malondialdehyde(MDA),free proline and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase activity (CAT) were measured.The results were obtained as follow:with the increase of waterlogging stress duration,the MDA content and free proline content of wheat seedling leaves were increased; Superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase activity (CAT) rose at the initial stage and then dropped at the following stage.These results indicated that:wheat seedlings were greatly damaged with the diachronic waterlogging stress.
