摘要
赤霉素是一类重要的植物激素,在高等植物生长发育的各个阶段都具有重要的调控作用。利用突变体研究赤霉素代谢和信号转导途径是目前的研究热点。文章以水稻Affymetrix表达谱芯片的数据为例,应用生物信息学方法进行数据挖掘与研究水稻gid2-1突变体与野生型差异表达基因,初步探讨赤霉素信号途径相关基因的表达调控网络。
Gibberellins (GA) is a kind of essential plant hormones,which plays an important role in the growth and development stage in higher plants.Special attention has been focused on further studies on metabolism and signal transduction pathway using GA mutants.In this study,bioinformatics was used for excavation of the datasets of rice Affymetrix expression microarray.Through analyzing the expressed genes difference between of rice gid2-1 mutant and wild-type plants,the regulatory network of gibberellins signaling pathway was explored.
