云南省耿马县烟草根结线虫病发病因素调查

Investigation on Pathogenic Factors of Tobacco Root-Knot Nematode Disease in Gengma County,Yunnan Province

云南省耿马县是烟草根结线虫病发生的重灾区,为了摸清该县烟草根结线虫病的发病因素,2012年在全县病情普查的基础上,对勐撒、贺派、四排山等3个主要烟草种植乡病原线虫、寄主情况和环境条件进行了实地调查和综合分析。结果表明,病害发生率和严重程度都大大超过了往年;危害烟草的根结线虫种类主要为花生根结线虫和爪哇根结线虫;抗病品种缺乏、管理粗放和气候异常是近年来当地烟草根结线虫病爆发的主要原因。根据发病特点,提出了以农业防治为主的烟草根结线虫病应对措施。

Tobacco root-knot nematode disease had caused severe damages in Gengma county,Yunnan province.In order to find out the pathogenic factors of tobacco root-knot nematode disease in this county,based on the general investigation of disease occurrence,a field survey and comprehensive analysis on pathogenic nematodes,hosts,and environment of tobacco fields were conducted in the Mengsa,Hepai and Sipaishan,three key tobacco-growing townships.The results showed that by comparison with former years,the scale and rate of the disease occurrence were increased sharply in 2012.Species identification showed the dominant pathogens of tobacco root-knot nematode disease were Meloidogyne arenaria and M.javanica.The lacking of resistant cultivars,poor management and climatic anomalies were the main causes of the outbreak of tobacco root-knot nematode disease in Gengna.According to the occurrence characteristics of the disease,agricultural measures were one of the most important prevention measures,and a few coping measures and suggestions were presented.
