摘要
疯草是我国西部草原的主要毒害草,其毒性成分为苦马豆素。本实验以内蒙古阿拉善的一只变异黄芪自然中毒山羊为对象,采集其肌肉组织,运用不同处理方法对其进行处理后,气相色谱仪检测组织中苦马豆素的含量。结果显示,室温水浸泡、室温水浸泡+超声、水蒸煮和水蒸煮+超声,4种不同处理方法对疯草自然中毒羊肌肉组织中苦马豆素的清除明显不同,分别为81.7%、94.7%、100%和100%。结果表明,采用水蒸煮的方法即可完全清除中毒羊肌肉组织中的苦马豆素。
Locoweed is mainly poisonous weeds from Western grassland of China,whose main toxic ingredient is swainsonine.The goat intoxicated by Astrugalus variabilis from Alxa,Inner Mogolia was taken as the experimental animal.The musle tissues of the goat methods were treated by many methods and determined the content of swainsonine by Gas Chromatograph.The results showed that 4 methods,includingin immersion in water,immersion in water + ultrasound,steaming in water,steaming in water + ultrasound had different effects on eliminating the swainsonine in the musle tissues and the eliminating rates were 81.7 %,94.7 %,100 % and 100 %.Therefore,steaming in water could effectively clear swainsonine of muscle tissues from a goat of locoweed poisoning.
