通过对郑州大学西亚斯国际学院的调研,对其教育模式、支撑模式的教育理念及育人实践进行系统梳理。认为"文化环境+博雅课堂+能力活动"是这所国际化大学成功的关键,而这一模式对我国普通高校的本科教育具有参考价值。

Basis on investigation and research, this article systematically summarizes the educational mode of Sias International University as well as its educational philosophy and educational practice that supporting the mode. It is regarded that the cultural environment, liberal studies, enabling activities are the keys to the success of Sias International University. The educational mode of which has a reference value for undergraduate education of higher education institutions in China.
