摘要
本科生导师制的实践探索是提升地方本科院校人才培养质量的内在需求,亦是地方本科院校实现个性化教育的重要举措。地方本科院校实施本科生导师制要采取多元化策略,在导师的选聘与分类、考核与评价、师生互动机制建设等方面提供多元化的路径选择参考。
Practicing and exploring the tutorial system of undergraduate students is the internal ciemanu of promoting the quality of talents training in local colleges and universities, and also the important measure to achieve the personalized education. In the process of practicing tutorial system in local colleges and universities, they need to choose the diverse paths in the selection and classification, assessment and evaluation of the tutors and the establishment of interactive platform for tutors as well as students.
