摘要
中国话语权在世界的提高成为近年来中国外交努力的重要方向。在档案话语权"西强我弱"的国际档案话语体系中,中国档案学话语权的提升是中国档案人的责任。我国档案学话语权的提升要以文化自觉、理论自觉为前提和基础,提高中国档案学在国际档案学界的影响力。
The improvement of China＆#39;s voice in the world has become an important di-rection in recent years. Is the responsibility of the Chinese archives to improve the speaking right of China in the international discourse system which the voice of the west are stron-ger than us .The cultural consciousness and theory consciousness are the premise and foundation of Chinese archives’influence in western discourse system and archival sci-ence in China will improve the influence in the world.
