摘要
通过对不同聚灰比的SBR(丁苯乳液)改性修补混凝土及对使用不同批次的丁苯乳液配制乳液改性修补混凝土的物理力学性能进行了对比研究,试验表明聚灰比为0.15时,修补混凝土的性能优越,而不同批次SBR乳液对修补混凝土的容重影响较大,可以掺入适量的消泡剂加以控制,改性后的混凝土的吸水率下降,抗折、抗压强度均有一定程度提高,氯离子渗透性降低。通过调整SBR乳液改性混凝土的容重,有助于配制出性能优越的SBR乳液改性修补混凝土。
We carried out a research to compare the physical and mechanical properties of SBR latex modified repai-ring concrete which has various polymer-cement ratio and using various batches of SBR latex.These experiments showed that the properties are excellent when polymer-cement ratio of the concrete is 0.15.Different batches of SBR latex have a significant impact on density of the concrete,but we can control it by using defoamer.The SBR latex modi-fied repairing concrete have lower water absorptivity,lower chloride ion penetration,higher compressive strength and higher flexural strength.We can prepare high-performance SBR latex modified repairing concrete by adj usting the den-sity of the concrete.
