废胎粉的处理工艺及在橡胶沥青中的应用

摘要 采用微波、NaOH、CCl4、H2O24种不同的处理工艺对废胎粉进行预处理,并以此制备出4种橡胶沥青。通过测试废胎粉处理沥青的软化点、延度、粘度、存储稳定性来评价几种处理工艺的优劣性。试验结果表明:与未处理的废胎粉处理沥青相比,四种处理工艺的橡胶沥青的软化点、延度、存储稳定性均有一定幅度的改善。H2O2处理后橡胶沥青的软化点最高,CCl4处理后橡胶沥青低温延度最好,H2O2处理后橡胶沥青的高温储存稳定性最佳,而微波处理工艺最经济。 Surface of waste tire powder was pretreated by four different processes of microwave,NaOH,CCl4 , H2 O2 ,and then the four kinds of waste tire powder were used to modify asphalt binder.Through testing softening point,ductility,viscosity and high temperature storage stability of the crumb rubber modified asphalt.The results show that the softening point,ductility and storage stability of asphalt modified by four different ways pretreated waste tire powder properties have a certain level of performance improvement.From the comparison of high temperature per-formance,the softening point of modified binder by H2 O2 treatment is best,while the ductility of modified binder by CCl4 pretreated is highest.However,the temperature storage stability of modified asphalt treated by H2 O2 is best, and the microwave technology is most economical.
