摘要
该文介绍了采用玻璃熔片法,建立了测定硅微粉中的SiO2、ZrO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3等的X射线荧光光谱分析方法。以锆英石标准样品和具有代表性的硅微粉样品作为标准样品绘制标准曲线,解决了没有硅微粉标准样品的问题,并对熔剂选择、熔融条件和测量条件等进行了探讨。该方法用于硅微粉中主、次成分的测定,结果与化学分析和ICP-AES法进行比对,结果表明,该方法可满足硅微粉生产与科研中的分析要求。
This article introduces an analytical method for fusion the oxides such as SiO2/ZrO2/Al2 O3/Fe2 O3 in sil-ica fume by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.With zircon standard samples and representative samples of silica fume as standard sample draw standard curve,it solves the problem without silica fume.And the flux selection,melting condi-tions and measuring conditions were discussed.This method is used for test the main and secondary composition in sili-ca fume.Results from the chemical analysis method and ICP-AES method were compared,the results show that this method can satisfy the analysis requirements of the production and research of silica fume.
