摘要 磁控溅射铝镜生产线是近几年发展起来的新型设备,因其节约了大量的贵金属白银且价格较低,铝镜生产加工逐渐兴起;磁控溅射铝镜生产线的核心技术来源于Low-E低幅射镀膜玻璃。欧洲的制造商最早于20世纪60年代末开始研究Low-E玻璃,于1978年成功应用到建筑物上。我国镀膜技术起步较晚,随着我国经济的飞速发展,玻璃加工设备产业已具有一定规模和品牌,民族工业的实力和创新能力得到极大的提高,国内的镀膜技术已取得了阶段性的成果。 Magnetron sputtering aluminum mirror production line is a new type of equipment which is developing rapidly in recent years,the aluminum mirror produce gradually rises in processing,because it saves a large amount of precious metal silver and the price is low.Magnetron sputtering aluminum mirror production line of the core technology comes from Low-E low-rising coated glass.The earliest European manufacturers in the late 1960s began studying Low-E glass,was successfully applied to the building in 1978.Coating technology starts late in our country,with the rapid development of economy in our country,glass processing equipment industry has a certain scale and brand,the strength of the national industry and innovation ability improves greatly,the domestic coating technology has made staggered results.
