Exploration of Integrating HES Concept into Project Design of Building Material Industry

This article introduces the developing condition of HSE （health,safety and environment）managing sys-tem and the requirement against proj ect design.Taking IPF design of instrument protecting function as an example, this article compares the design method under HSE managing system with present general design method.It also dis-cusses how to integrate HES managing concept into the design idea of building material industry designers.
