摘要
简要介绍了互联网金融的内涵与主要发展模式,从互联网金融模式与传统金融模式在信息传导、交易成本、业务对象及客观风险等方面的比较分析入手,对未来互联网金融模式是否能够取代传统金融模式进行了探讨,最后得出了未来两种模式的最主要共存形态为合作双赢的结论。
This paper briefly introduces the connotation and the main development of the existing mode of Internet finance.From comparatively analyzing Internet financial mode and the traditional financial mode in the aspect of infor-mation transmission,transaction costs,transaction obj ect and the obj ective risk existed,it discusses the question of whether the traditional financial mode can be replaced by the Internet financial mode.Finally it comes to the conclusion that the main coexisting form of the two modes in the future shall be a win-win cooperation.
