为介绍如何采用新版规范中基于性能的抗震设计方法进行超限高层建筑设计,本文从某工程实例出发,详细介绍了建筑结构进行抗震性能化设计的全过程,包括性能目标及性能水准的确定、整体结构及局部构件性能控制目标的提出,以及该目标在小震、中震以及大震下如何具体实现等内容,总结出建筑结构进行抗震性能化设计的设计流程,以期为类似工程设计提供参考。

Based on a practical pruject, this paper presents how to carry out the perfnrmancc -based seismic design of out -of-codes fall buildings with the new version of the design code, including the determination of performance objectives and performance levels, the proposition of control objectives about the whole structure and partial eomponents, as well as how this objectives can implement under frequent, medium and rare earthquakes. SLnnmcd up the design procedure to carry out the perfnrmance - based seismic design of buildings in order to provide reference for similar projects.
