高职院校体育课内外一体化职业体能训练模式研究

根据民营中小企业工作岗位职业体能特征,有针对性地进行高职体育课程体系改革,增加职业体能训练模块,同时探讨利用课外时间提高学生职业体能的途径与方法,最终形成课内、外紧密衔接,校内、外相互促进的一体化职业体能训练模式。

According to the physical characteristics of the occupation of small and medium sized enterprises, targeted for reforming of physical education curriculum system in higher vocational education, increasing the occupation train- ing module, and exploring the ways and methods of improving students＇ occupation physical use of extr^curricular time, eventually forming close in-class and outside-class promotion and the external integration occupation physical training mode.
