摘要
研究基于心理决策、个人因素和社会因素,构建大学生阳光长跑活动干预模型,1 314名(男=658人;女=656人)在校大学生完成心理决策问卷、个人因素和社会因素问卷,采用多元方差和回归分析方法对相关的数据进行分析。结果发现,个人因素与心理决策的锻炼动机、自我效能和锻炼承诺能够预测大学生的阳光长跑参与,但是,社会因素不能预测该长跑活动的参与。研究建议为促进大学生阳光长跑活动的参与,应该根据个人差异,进行锻炼动机、自我效能和锻炼承诺的干预。
The study constructs university studenfs health improvement running activity model based on the psycholog ical decision--making, personal factors and social factors. Employs multivariate variance and regression analysis were used to analyze the related data of 1 314 (male = 658; female = 656) university students completing psychological questionnaire, individual factor questionnaire and social factor questionnaire. The result shows that personal factors and exercise motivation of psychological decision--making, self--efficacy and exercise promise can predict university students' participation in health improvement running activity. However, social factors cannot predict the participa- tion. The research suggests that in order to promote university students' participation in the health improvement run- ning activity, intervention methods should be implemented according to individual difference, exercise motivation, self --efficacy and exercise promise.
