摘要
分析了轮椅手推圈固定片手工装配的特点,提出了自动装配机构设计方案,通过计算、分析、选型,完成了整体机构设计,实现了手推圈固定片的自动装配。对控制算法进行了理论分析与研究,提高了装配效率,保证了装配质量,降低了人员成本,具有很强的实用性。
This paper analyzed the features of wheelchair push ring fixing piece manual assembly, and put forward the mechanism design scheme of automatic assembly. Through calculation, analysis, se- lection, completed the overall design, we realized the automatic assembly wheelchair push ring fixing piece. The control algorithm was analyzed and researched in theory, which improved the efficiency of the assembly, guaranteed the assembly quality, and reduced the personnel cost with strong practica- bility.
