摘要 依据函数方程应用MATLAB编写程序获得γmin-d/c变化线图,按变化线图取合适的d/c值,按所选的d/c值和给定的摆角以及初定的某杆长度,再根据设计计算公式就可方便地计算出其余各杆长度,此时设计结果可保证机构具有较优的传动性能和合理的结构尺寸。通过此法不仅使所设计的无急回特性曲柄摇杆机构具有较优的传动性能和合理结构尺寸,而且使设计过程变得简单灵活、精度高。 Based on the function equation, MATLAB is applied to obtain the change chart. According to the line graph by taking appro- priate changes value, and the sdected value and the given initial swing angle and the length of a rod, and again according to design and calculation one can easily calculate the formula based on the design length of the rest of the bar, then rcsuhs can be designed to ensure that agencies have the optimum transmission performance and reasonable structure size. By this method, it does not only design the crank rocker mechanism without quick return characteristics with optimum transmission performance and reasonable structure and size, but also makes the design process simple, flexible and highly precision.
