基于线粒体Cytb和COI基因的中国林蛙系统发生关系 被引量:4

Phylogeny of Chinese Brown Frogs Based on Partial Mitochondrial Cytochrome b and Cytochrome Oxidase 1 Gene Sequences

摘要 中国林蛙属物种资源丰富,较高的形态结构相似性使分类学研究成为难题。为评价中国林蛙属各物种有效性及探讨它们的系统发生关系,本研究分析了线粒体COI基因和Cytb基因部分序列。P—distance计算和系统发生关系分析结果表明,除徂徕林蛙的物种有效性有待进一步确认外,其余林蛙物种均为有效种。中国林蛙种组、长肢林蛙种组和黑龙江林蛙种组的单系性得到支持。猫儿山林蛙系统地位没有得到明确,但与其他物种较大的P—distance及其在系统树中较低的节点支持度表明,猫儿山林蛙不属于中国林蛙属物种中任何一个种组。 The brown frogs are abundant in China, which have higher morphological similarity and are difficult to identify. In order to e- valuate the validity of species and their phylogenetie relationships, we analyzed the partial mitochondrial DNA sequences of COl gene and Cytb gene. The results of p - distance value and phylogenetic analysis show that the brown frogs were valid species except R. eulaiensis. Monophyly of R. chensinensis species group, R. longicrus species group and R. amurensis species group were strongly supported. The phylogenetic position of R. maoershanensis was not solved, but its high p - distance with other species and low node supports indicate that R. maoershanensis was not belong to any species group of Chinese brown frogs.
