摘要
以“运动防护”课程为载体,通过课程教学的形式,对大学生进行运动安全教育,使学生主动参与到运动安全知识、防护技能的学习中。采用“双线多点”的辐射式教学设计,“基础理论——情境预设——实践操作——技能内化”逐步递进的“四步教学法”,以质性评价为基础的“三段式”评价方法,探索出一个针对大学生运动安全教育的课程教学实践模式,从根源上解决大学生的运动安全问题。
With the "sports protecting" curriculum as the carrier and through the teaching form, college students should be given the sports safety education to get students actively involved in the learning of sports safety knowledge and protective skills. By adopting the '~ double lines and multiple points" radiant teaching design and the progressive "four- step teaching method" namely, "basic theory., context presupposition, practice, skills internalization", taking the evaluation method of "three sections" based on quality, it explores a practical teaching model of dynamic safety education curriculum for college students to solve their sports safety problems from the root.
