打破“四平”教育 呼唤精英高等教育的重塑——读《杨德广教育文选》有感

我国现代高等教育始终面临着人才培养"平而不尖"、教学模式"平均主义"、办学理念"平凡性格"、质量保障"平行标准"等诸多问题。特别是进入高等教育大众化阶段之后,以上问题尤为突出。精英教育作为大众化教育的必要补充,具有不可替代的地位。因此,我国必须重塑精英高等教育,将其与大众高等教育相结合,才能引导高等教育科学的、卓越的、可持续的发展。

Talent training models, teaching modes, schooling philosophy and quality assurance system are always four of many problems associated with modern higher education in China. And these four issues have become more and more severe after entering the stage of mass higher education. It must be irreplaceable for elite education during the process of mass higher education, because it is a necessary supplement to mass education. Therefore, higher education system has to remodel elite education form, and combine it with mass education, so as to lead a reasonable, remarkable and sustainable development for higher education in China.
