摘要
中青年教师是高等教育发展的生力军,他们不但教学科研繁重,而且还面临着职称晋升和学术水平提高,关注他们的发展是当前教育界重要任务之一。但对民办本科高校中青年教师来说,缺乏完善的教学能力培养机制、教学科研的促进机制。以宁波大红鹰学院为例,提出从完善教师在职培养机制、教师帮扶机制、科研支持机制着手,提高中青年教师的教学科研发展能力。
As the main force of the development of higher education, the young teachers not only have heavy loads of teaching and scientific research, but also face with the pressure of professional promotion. Paying attention to their development is one of the important tasks of the educational field. As to the young teachers, there seems to lack of perfect teaching ability training mechanism and promotion mechanism of teaching and scientific research. Therefore, in order to improve their comprehensive development and teaching level, we should complete mechanism of in-service teacher training system, teachers' assistance and scientific research support.
